Tips and Tricks

Tips and Tricks to get better at League of Legends

This is a small guide that will help you improve your gameplay and rank up. We all know that League of Legends is a hard game with a high learning curve. Therefore some of us need some help to get better than others. These are few tips and tricks you can learn and achieve that higher rank you always desired.

1. Master a Champion

There are 140+ League of Legends champions, far too many to learn well.  It is much better to master one champion before moving on to another than to be an average player with a handful of champions.  Learn your chosen champion inside and out.  Learn the timings and ranges of your abilities; understand what combo will maximize your damage output; practice your engages/disengages; and experiment with different builds against different kinds of enemies.  After a good deal of practice, you will be a force to be reckoned with.  While you should focus on maximizing your abilities with one champion, it is important to be able to anticipate how your enemies and teammates will play.  Play at least a couple rounds with a variety of champions and/or watch some videos to get a basic understanding of how to play them.

2. Last Hitting

Tips and Tricks - Ryze

Being able to last hit and secure more creep score (CS) is the most important skill for inexperienced players to improve.  Last hitting is more or less your only source of gold early on and will likely remain your best source of income throughout the game, so if you can’t secure at least as much CS as your opponents, you will fall behind and do poorly.  Every 15 CS is worth approximately one kill.
If two or more minions are low on health, use an ability to secure both minion kills. If enemy minions are under your turret, consider how much damage the turret will do before you get off your next shot. Don’t lose CS to the turret. Prioritize the cannon and melee minions if you aren’t yet skilled enough to go after all the minions, as they are worth more. Don’t needlessly push your lane. Focus on getting the last hit, not every hit.

3. Understand the Current Meta

Tips and Tricks - Zed

The “meta” describes the current “best” way to play the game given the state of nerfs/buffs and common matchups.  When people say to stick with the meta, it’s usually best to do it, Sticking to what is considered to the current best strategy is going to help you rank up and get to higher tiers. The meta constantly evolves as patches change champion stats and as players learn to overcome “OP” champions.  What has been working won’t necessarily work for you in your next matches.  Stay on top of the meta to be at the top of your game.

4. Kiting

Use the time between auto-attacks (or abilities) to run away from your opponents.  This makes it harder for them to hit you, especially if you are a ranged champion and they are a melee champion.  Timed right, you won’t lose any DPS while it will take longer for your opponent to close on you, reducing their damage output.

5. Warding

Warding is critical, and so is map awareness.  It’s important to realize that you do not need to be on the same side of a wall in order to place a ward there.  That can be confusing to new players, but it is a very important skill to scout your enemy from relative safety. Relative safety as several champions can engage over walls, and all champions can potentially flash over the wall to engage you.

6. Learn from Your Mistakes

Everyone makes mistakes, even the pros.  We can all improve.  It’s difficult to see what you could do better in the chaos of a team fight.  Definitely watch your recordings, especially your defeats to learn what you can do better.  Don’t worry about fixing everything wrong you did.  Focus on improving one aspect of your gameplay at a time.  Once you’ve improved, look out for another area of improvement.

We hope that these Tips and Tricks will help you in becoming a better player. Good luck in the Rift!

PICK AND BAN - FRONTLINE

PICK OR BAN CHAMPIONS FOR 10.16 PATCH

We will present you the best pick or ban champions for every role.

Top Lane

Shen

His buffs on 10.15 helped him a lot. He doesn’t have many losing matchups because he can change his build to any enemy team composition and still be viable.
Secondly, his passive is far stronger than before. Therefore he has really strong short trades against almost any champion.
Thirdly, now that he is stronger in mid and late game, he can easily split push with teleport on cooldown.
In conclusion his strong laning phase, excellent split pushing and one of the best team changing ultimates in the game makes him a pick to fear.

PICK OR BAN - SHEN

Fiora

She’s pretty much the best split pusher in the game. This patch she got a pretty nice buff. Fiora is not that good in the laning phase compared to some other top laners. But if you survive the laning phase,
she becomes one of the most rampaging champions in the game that can’t be contained. Secondly, she can kill carries in a few seconds while bruisers/tanks don’t stay alive for a long time near her,
Thirdly her reduced cooldown on her Q makes her far more mobile than before and because of that she’s a bigger threat in early to late game.
In conclusion her split pusing and teamfighting power makes her one of the best picks for the current patch.

PICK OR BAN - FIORA

Jungle

Nunu

He is increasingly becoming popular with the new Phase Rush build because it makes him stick to any champion even if they use flash.
Secondly, because of his tankiness and healing with his Q, he actually doesn’t need Aftershock. His clear and sustain in the jungle is one of the best and his Q makes him one of the best jungler for taking objectives, Thirdly, your ultimate can deal a ton of damage and win you a teamfight if you use it properly, even though it used as a zoning tool.
In conclusion, Nunu is a great tank with heavy crowd control and mobility that can secure you any objective on the map.

PICK OR BAN - NUNU

Evelynn

Buffs that came with this patch are huge for her. Giving her much better damage output before she gets to the point of deleting champions. Secondly, she’s far more deadlier in 2v2 and her ganks are more
successful than before. Evelynn has a great jungle and teamfight sustain with her passive, because of that she can just come back to the teamfight even though she’s very low. She can easilly flank enemy team with her stealth so you always have to be careful when playing against her. Her damage output is amazing, she can destroy both squishies and tanks. Her ultimate is a great finisher or it can be used as great escaping tool.

PICK OR BAN - EVE

Mid Lane

Yone

Being pretty strong at all stages of the game with his teamfight being really powerful. Because of his passive that turns some of his damage into magical, it’s hard for the tanks to itemize against him. Yone
has a lot of anti-tank abilities in his kit so he can both deal with the carries and tanks. Even though he’s a new champion, Yone’s ability to carry is incredible. One good ultimate can turn whole game around if
the player behind the keyboard knows what he’s doing. In conclusion, Yone is a great new champion with a learning curve that is worth to invest in. His hybrid damage, mobility and sustain makes him a tough opponent to play against.

PICK OR BAN - YONE

Zed

Zed is definitely in a great spot right now. His passive is a great help for farming and even better finisher for your combos to get in just enough damage to finish your opponents. His Q makes his wave clear really easy and a great poking tool in lane. W is a great escaping and engaging ability for any situation. And his ultimate makes him the deadliest in and out assassin in the game. If you like highly mechanical and mobile assassins, Zed is a pick for you. In conclusion, you’ll probably make mistakes when playing him, but when you learn all the combos and tricks, Zed becomes an incredible carry.

Bot Lane

Caitlyn

She’s a great lane bully that outranges any other ADC. Caitlyn is currently one of the best scaling carries in the game. Her E+Q combo deals a lot of damage early on, even to tanky supports. While being paired with a CC support, her W makes a great CC chain to lock down and finish someone. Her ultimate can also be used as an initiator not a finisher, because it’s really important in teamfights that the carries stay on high health.
In conclusion, she’s a great pick if you want an ADC that’s great in laning, sieging, objective control and teamfight.

Senna

She’s now one of the best picks in the role. Taking Glacial Augment and Approach Velocity gives her a really strong trading potential. Slow on the enemy and movement speed buff on herself, makes the escape almost impossible. Your primary goal is to stack your passive, if you get to enough high number of it you can easily kite and shred any enemy from safe distance. Senna’s kit makes her a great teamfighter because her abilities can be used in different ways and they are very flexible and depend on the current situation. If you want a high damage bully that needs some time to get going, Senna is a pick for you.

Support

Morgana

Her Q can give good trading in lane or just to disengage enemy aggression. Secondly, her Q shines in teamfights if you can land her Q in the most cases it is a secured kill for your team. Her W is a great tool for pushing and early in the game it deals a lot of damage when combined with her Q. Thirdly, her E makes her one of the best supports ever because giving your carries CC immunity is priceless in teamfights and denying any engage with it. Using your ultimate to peel your carries or just make sure that the enemy you hit with your Q won’t move anymore is better than just trying to use it on the whole enemy team. Morgana is a great support that gives your team peel, catch potential and immunity.

Yuumi

With lot of other supports being nerfed, Yuumi has a lot more room to scale. When she’s able to scale, she’s by far the best support in the game. Yummi is a hyper carry, she carries with her super healing and stat contribution. Her passive can give nice sustain in lane and it scales pretty high at late game. With her kit she can make your main carry a monster that can’t be killed because of her CC, movement speed buff and healing. Pick Yuumi if you want to chill and carry without thinking too much about it.

League of Legends 10.16 Patch - Ahri

10.16 PATCH NOTES BREAKDOWN

Analysis of the most impactful changes for the League of Legends 10.16 patch update.

League of Legends 10.16 patch - short

Akali ( Buffed )

League of Legends 10.16 patch - Akali

>Buff that will hopefully help Akali come back to the meta because she was rarely played. A small buff to her Q and greater burst potential with her E will make her more deadly than before.

Ashe ( Nerfed )

League of Legends 10.16 patch - Ashe

> A small nerf to Ashe that is not focusing her strong points, her Q is not the reason you will pick her in certain matchups.

Bard ( Nerfed )

League of Legends 10.16 patch - Bard

> Nothing to serious, reduced health and smaller heal on W. Therefore, his early game will be a little tougher than before.

Evelynn ( Buffed )

League of Legends 10.16 patch - Eve

> Huge buff to her kit. Cooldown decrease on her Q will make her a really strong jungler to pick. Easier charms and more overall damage will make her a monster in capable hands.

Fiora ( Buffed )

League of Legends 10.16 patch - Fiora

> A huge buff for Fiora. Boosting her early game will make her super dangerous than before. She will probably be picked again.

Hecarim ( Buffed )

League of Legends 10.16 patch - Hecarim

> Nice buff to our little pony. Boost to his E will make him far more viable than before even though that won’t be really enough to make him strong as he used to be.

Jax ( Buffed )

League of Legends 10.16 patch - Jax

> Jax will have a better early game because of this small buff. Therefore it will be easier to scale into his mid and late game.

Jhin ( Buffed )

League of Legends 10.16 patch - Jhin

> Nothing major. It won’t change his place in the meta.

Jinx ( Buffed )

League of Legends 10.16 patch - Jinx

> Nice buff for our Jinx, because it will make her far more dangereous when the enemy team is in one place.

Karma ( Nerfed )

League of Legends 10.16 patch - Karma

> This nerf hugely depends on your playstyle with Karma. If you play her like a lane bully this nerf makes her really weak. If you play her like an enchanther with her shields and movement speed buffs, this nerf doesn’t effect her at all.

Karthus ( Nerfed )

League of Legends 10.16 patch - Karthus

> Small nerf to Karthus. He will still be dominant jungler as before.

Kha’Zix ( Nerfed )

> A small nerf to our adapting bug. His place in the meta will stay the same.

Lucian ( Buffed )

> We might see Lucian in all lanes again because this is a great buff to his kit and damage.

Miss Fortune ( Buffed )

> Nothing major, because of that her place in the meta will stay the same.

Morgana ( Buffed )

> Small buff to her Q. In other words, not a huge change.

Nautilus ( Nerfed )

> His W will be weaker than before, because of that his early game will be far more risky than before if he wants to go in.

Neeko ( Buffed )

> Buff to her Q is pretty decent. Above all it will make her mid lane far easier than before but she can be played in other lanes as well.

Nocturne ( Nerfed )

> A small nerf to his early game. His position in the meta won’t change because of this nerf.

Rakan ( Buffed )

> This will make Rakan far more reactive in teamfights and his engages will be far more deadlier than before.

Sett ( Nerfed )

> Huge hit to Sett because this will hurt him both in lanes and in jungle. Even though he was already having issues keeping up with a lot of champions.

Skarner ( Buffed )

> Another buff for our scorpion. In conclusion, we’ll see him in the meta soon.

Syndra ( Nerfed )

> She will still be able to burst down her targets.  A small nerf to her mid and late game Q won’t change much.

Tristana ( Buffed )

> Nice change to her E. Therefore she will be far more dangerous when she buys a few crit items.

Veigar ( Buffed )

> Nothing major. It won’t change his place in the meta.

Volibear ( Nerfed )

> Unnecessary nerf because Volibear already has issues keeping up with other junglers or laners.

Yasuo ( Buffed )

> A small buff to Yasuo, it will make him a little bit stronger but it’s nothing too much.

Ziggs ( Buffed )

> Great buff for Ziggs because of this players might pick him up on the mid lane.

In conclusion, these were all the important changes for the League of Legends 10.16 patch update.

Yone - The Unforgotten

Yone – The Unforgotten

New champion is coming to League of Legends. His name is Yone – The Unforgotten. Therefore we will talk about his lore and abilities.

Yone and Yasuo were half-brothers living in a small village. Yone, as the older brother, was the first to join the swordsmanship school. Inspired by his brother, Yasuo followed suit. A talented but
arrogant Yasuo caught the attention of Elder Souma, the last master of the wind technique.

Yone gifted his brother with a maple seed, a symbol of humility, and begged him to change his ways. Yasuo left his rebel nature behind and started to learn the wind techinque.

When the Noxians invaded, the village tasked Yasuo with the protection of Elder Souma. In a moment of stubbornness, Yasuo abandoned his post. When he returned, he found himself being accused
of the murder of Elder Souma. Yasuo ran away and the members of the village swore to chase him.

Yone hunted Yasuo, because he believed in his brother’s guilt. They fought and Yasuo beat Yone easily. Though Yasuo begged
Yone for his forgiveness and tried to convince him of his innocence, Yone died still believing in his brothers’ betrayal.

Yone - The Unforgotten

After dying, Yone found himself in the spirit realm. Normally when this happens, souls eventually find peace. But not Yone’s…

He was immediately set upon by an azakana, a minor demon that feeds off of negative emotions. Azakana are the weaker cousins of demons like Evelynn and Tahm Kench. And while those two embody primal emotions like desire and addiction, azakana are manifestations of more specific, personal feelings: gnawing self doubt, the fear of being forgotten, and so on.

The azakana that attacked Yone had been hunting him for some time, feeding on the negative emotions he harbored while tracking Yasuo. But Yone died before it had the chance to strike, and when he arrived in the spirit realm it saw an opportunity and struck, intent on devouring Yone’s soul. Yone managed to defeat it—or so he thought—but the consequences were severe.

The next thing Yone knew, he awoke back in the mortal realm with a mask affixed to his face—a mask in the form of the azakana he had just defeated, with the demon locked within.

Yone’s abilities:

WAY OF THE HUNTER – PASSIVE

“Yone uses two blades, causing every second attack to deal more magic damage. His critical strike chance is also doubled, but his critical strikes deal reduced damage.”

MORTAL STEEL – Q

“Yone thrusts forward, dealing physical damage to opponents. On hit, he gains a stack of Gathering Storm. At two stacks, Yone can dash forward with a wave that makes enemies airborne.”

SPIRIT CLEAVE – W

“Yone cleaves forward in a massive arc, dealing a portion of the target’s maximum health. After successfully hitting an enemy, Yone also gains a temporary shield. The shield’s power increases per champion struck.”

SOUL UNBOUND – E

“Yone can enter his Spirit Form, gaining movement speed and leaving his body behind. When Yone’s Spirit Form expires, he’ll snap back into his body and deal a percentage of all the damage he dealt while in Spirit Form.”

FATE SEALED – R

“Yone strikes all enemies in his path, blinking behind the last enemy hit and knocking everyone airborne towards him.”

Yone – The Unforgotten will be coming to League of Legends as part of the upcoming patch 10.16

New champion Lilia for the patch 10.15

10.15 PATCH NOTES BREAKDOWN

Analysis of the most impactful changes for the League of Legends 10.15 patch update.

Aphelios ( Nerfed )

> Aphelios is getting nerfed through a series of patches because of his overperformance in almost all elo ranges.  He’s still a strong adc that can solo carry the games with the right team composition.

Caitlyn ( Buffed )

> Considering the nerfs of the other adcs in the last few patch notes and the buffs of the crit items, Caitlyn is back in the meta as one of the strongest adcs to pick. Some of our boosters started to play her again because of the small buffs that she got.

Fiddlesticks ( Nerfed )

>It’s just a nerf to lane Fiddlesticks because of his enormous amount of tankiness in laning phase that wasn’t really fun to play against. Jungle Fiddlesticks is still strong.

Gragas ( Buffed )

> Gragas has the potential to be one of the meta jungler picks as he used to be. With these buffs he might be seen in the boosting scene again.

Irelia ( Buffed )

> Boost to her passive will make her stronger but it’s not really impactful enough that she would be meta again.

Lee Sin ( Nerfed )

> Cooldown increase on his W won’t make a huge impact on him. He will still be a great solo queue jungler and huge threat in higher elos.

Ornn ( Nerfed )

> Nothing major, there will be no change with Ornn because of this small nerf.

Rakan ( Buffed )

League of Legends 10.15 patch Rakan

> A small buff that won’t change his place in the meta.

Shen ( Buffed )

> A decent buff that will make Shen a far more often pick on the top lane because of increased shield value he will be far more durable in lane.

Skarner ( Buffed )

> Great buff that will hopefully help Skarner back in the game because he was really forgotten.

Swain ( Buffed )

> Swain is getting a lot more utility. These changes are favourable for support Swain, not as much for mid or top Swain.

Thresh ( Nerfed )

> A small nerf, you won’t be able to use his W two times anyway in the teamfights.

Twisted Fate ( Nerfed )

> Cooldown increase on his W is a little too much for him. Because of that his early and mid game will be far worse than before.

Yuumi ( Buffed )

> A small buff to her passive, because of that she might see more play even though she was nerfed last patch.

Items

> A small buff to AP support champions, because of this it will make them a little bit stronger than before.

NEW CHAMPION

LILIA

> We are excited to see how good she will perform in current meta.

In conclusion, these were all the important changes for the League of Legends 10.15 patch update.

10.10 PATCH NOTES BREAKDOWN

We’ll analyze the most impactful changes for the League of Legends 10.10 patch update.

Annie ( Buffed )

> Boosts to her E and R will make her more viable pick on the mid lane. Increasing damage on her Burning Aura will make her combos far more deadlier and it will be easier to snowball when you hit level 6.
Damage reduction buff will also increase her survivability during the team fights because she’s usually considered the biggest threat.

Diana ( Nerfed )

> A really small nerf. She will still be aggressive in lane. Her place in the meta stays the same.

Irelia ( Buffed )

> A small boost to her E will make her all-ins in the early game far more successful, but nothing major.

Katarina ( Nerfed )

> A small nerf to her passive. She will still be a deadly mid laner as usual if played correctly.

Kayn ( Nerfed )

> Red Kayn will remain powerful after the last patch. A small % reduction won’t effect him too much.

Kled ( Nerfed )

> A small nerf. Cooldown increase on his Q won’t make him less aggressive.

Miss Fortune ( Nerfed )

> Not a major nerf. It doesn’t target her major strenghts.

Maokai ( Nerfed )

> Menace in the top lane. He’s finally getting some nerf hammer attention. Players and boosters were complaining about this humoungus tree. These nerfs will make him far more docile.

Nidalee ( Buffed )

> A small buff that won’t really change her place in the meta. She’s still struggling in the jungle compared to other champions.

Sivir ( Buffed )

> Boosting her E mana restoration will make her far more oppressive than before. But it is not a major change.

Soraka ( Buffed )

> Huge buff for already strong Banana. Therefore, we’ll probably see her in other lanes again. Making her far more dangerous in lane with the damage buff and reducing her health cost for her W will make her allies almost invincible during early/mid game.

Taric ( Nerfed )

> It’s quite a nerf to Taric’s sustain and tankiness in lane so his playability might drop.

Twisted Fate ( Buffed )

> Nothing major. Twisted Fate doesn’t have issues with maintaining mana and a small stats buff won’t make him more viable than before.

Udyr ( Buffed )

>Not a major buff. Udyr needs far more than a small movement speed buff to be viable.

In conclusion, these were all the important changes for League of Legends 10.10 patch notes.

10.9 PATCH NOTES BREAKDOWN

We’ll analyze the most impactful changes for the League of Legends 10.9 patch update.

Bard ( Nerfed )

> These nerfs are targeting Bard’s ability to roam early game. Even though his E now has a bigger cooldown, you won’t be using it twice in the same teamfight or a roam. His W nerf is not too significant to make a huge difference overall. Even though 2 of his abilities got nerfed, his place in the meta stays the same.

Cho’Gath ( Buffed )

> Boost to his E damage is not really important because it’s the least important tool in his kit. It won’t make a huge impact in the late game teamfights.

Fiddlesticks ( Buffed )

> A small buff to a Support Fiddlesticks, nothing major.

Gnar ( Buffed )

> These small boosts to Gnar’s Q and E won’t really make him more viable in lane and in teamfights because his primary objective is CC with his R and W during his Mega Gnar transformation.

Karthus ( Nerfed )

> Reducing his movement speed will have a negative effect on his clearing jungle, ganking and disengaging speed. But he will still stay a strong jungler.

Kayn ( Buffed )

> Kayn is back. A lot of our boosters are using him again for their boosting adventures. Better clear speed and fighting with his Q buffs and easier ganks with 90% slow on his W.

Lissandra ( Buffed )

> After a history of harsh nerfs during the last season while she was dominating mid lane and pro scene, she’s finally getting some justice. Decreasing cooldown on her Q helps her a lot in her laning phase while making her a bigger threat in teamfights.

Nami ( Nerfed )

> Small nerfs that don’t change her place in the meta.

Quinn ( Buffed )

> Increased duration on her Q makes her stronger in a 1v1 but she’s not really a meta pick so we won’t see her more often because of this buff.

Trundle ( Nerfed )

> He’s a good pick against tank compositions and by nerfing his ultimate he won’t be reliable in teamfights as before and he’ll have to be more careful with using his R.

Wukong ( Nerfed )

> Wukong is getting nerfed step by step because of his overperformance after his rework.

In conclusion, these were all the important changes for the League of Legends 10.9 patch update.

Server issues

EU LEAGUE OF LEGENDS SERVER ISSUES, RANKED QUEUES DISABLED

League of Legends server issues are quite common in last few weeks.
Players and boosters have reported that they have issues even logging into the client or having long queue times.
Riot worked with European internet service providers ( ISPs ) to make latency improvements, however players are still troubled with massive ping spikes. Random disconnects and login issues are getting more and more common. This will potentially harm enjoyment and the trust of the current players. Because of the constant server issues, players are getting more and more frustrated with the current state of the game.
Riot Games have announced that they’re doing their best to solve and boost their servers capabilities.

Because of the server issues, some of the boosts have been delayed. Boosters will try as soon as possible to finish your demands when the servers get back online. We hope that the server situation won’t last for too long and that your orders won’t get delayed any longer.

We apologise for the inconvenience, but there’s not a lot that we can do at this point regarding order delays.

In conclusion let’s all hope that Riot will fix the current issues as fast as possible.

DAMWON VS. G2

PERKZ, CROATIAN SENSATION CARRIES G2 PAST DWG TO SEMI FINALS (3-1)

The young and talented DWG team have shown today that they’re still inexperienced as a team for semi finals. Even though DWG has incredible solo queue players, when pressure got to them they didn’t look as a cohesive unit. On the other hand, G2 really looked like a team that coordinates perfectly.

Once again we have seen a team during this World Championship that got baited by the Kayle pick. It had a low success rate and will fail because teams play at a pace that is fast for Kayle.  The hero of the series without a question was G2’s ADC Luka ‘Perkz’ Perković. Perkz made almost no mistakes during all of 4 games and we saw that he’s incredibly focused and ready to boost his team all the way to the World Finals.

One of the best up and coming players DWG ‘Nuguri’ was simply not put in a position to carry in the draft and his coaching staff. We think ‘Nuguri’ as their best player should’ve played more aggressive carry style champions. DWG’s botlane was outclassed and could not match G2’s botlane and that’s the main reason they could not win.

In the Semi Finals we have a MSI Semi Finals rematch where SKT will meet G2, tell us who will win the Semi Finals, the Korean Dynasty SKT T1 or the LEC powerhouse G2?

SAD DAY FOR NA, THE SHY AND ROOKIE CARRY THEIR TEAM TO QUARTERFINALS!

What a great day of fun and competitive games we had again for quarter-finals. Team Liquid had an amazing game plan for DWG with their early lane swap and invade, where DWG didn’t react.

However just a few minutes after their great strategy pulled them a gold lead. Shut down DWG Nuguri on Kayle and let Jensen free farm on Anivia a huge mistake happened. TL started an ocean dragon without damage, health or enough levels. DWG reacted and basically won the game off of that play. Too much gold lead was generated and Team Liquid had no room to come back to the game.

In their final game versus the insanely talented solo laners of IG Rookie and TheShy, they looked disorganized and outclassed. On the early levels Rookie managed to solo kill Jensen, who had a horrible showing today and in our opinion didn’t perform to World Championship standards and was one of the main reasons TL dropped out and went back home. Maybe Jensen could use our elo boost services. Once Rookie on Qiyana had the lead early with moby boots, he managed to snow ball other lanes and help TheShy scale faster on his Vladimir and close the game quick. Game was not even close and IG got their revenge for the losses they have had against Team Liquid during this years MSI.

Finally, we have to say that the defending champion Invictus Gaming looks scary. They finally got back into their championship form and just in time for quarter-finals.
